Straight answers
Is the consultation really free?
Yes — site visit, measurements and an initial layout, at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
How long does a full home take?
A typical 3 BHK runs 45–60 working days from design sign-off. Civil work adds to that depending on scope; you get a dated schedule before signing.
Do you do civil work, or only interiors?
Both, in-house. That's the point — no gap between the contractor finishing and the interior team starting.
Can I use my own contractor for part of it?
You can. We'll scope and quote only our portion, though we can't warranty work done by others.
How do payments work?
Staged against milestones, not dates — booking, design sign-off, material delivery, and handover. Nothing is due for a stage that hasn't happened.
What's covered by warranty?
Modular units and workmanship are covered; appliances and fittings carry their own manufacturer warranty. Exact terms are listed in your quote.
